Bantam Bytes was formerly known as YASE-t. You may have been redirected here from www.yasetshareware.com. Everything is the same except for the new look and new name. The previous name was to confining. Check out the about page.

There is an interesting Wikipedia article about bantam. I didn't know any of this until I was trying to figure out a new name. Actually what started the idea and search was my pocket knife. It is the Buck Bantam. A small pocket knife. Bantam means small but it is also a chicken. Oddly enough, some years ago I made a corny game about a chicken trying to cross the road.

A byte is computer jargon. It is 8 bits of data. Bytes are small but powerful primitives. My business is small and insignificant now but it will soon rise to dominance. Probably not. This is just my small contribution to the internet.

I apologize to the Internet Explorer challenged users. The site may not look quite as good (I'm still working on it) as it would in a real browser like Firefox.
